SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY:
SHIPPING:
Platinum Jumps ship all items via freight lines based on weight and location paid by customer. Free Pick-up option is available from our location in Charlottesville, Virginia.
The Freight company will call to schedule a delivery time (Please provide a valid phone number) – Please respond to their phone call at your earliest convenience. After 5 days, if they cannot schedule a time, storage fees will be applied at the rate of $65/day that must be paid by customer prior to delivery/pick up. Any extras (i.e. lift gate, change of delivery date with freight company, change of delivery address) must be authorized by Platinum Jumps first and any charges incurred must be paid by customer before delivery.
While the driver is there (you can hold the driver up to 15 mins), please check ALL items for any damages that might have been caused by the shipping company BEFORE you sign for the delivery. If any damages have been caused, please document them on the delivery slip with driver signature, take pictures, notify Platinum Jumps and fill out a Claims Form with the shipping company within 5 days of delivery. To refuse items for delivery must be approved by Platinum Jumps first and return charges must be paid by customer before return is authorized.
RETURNS:
We accept returns within 15 days of receipt of items. Please email info@platinumjumps.com for return authorization. All return shipping fees to be paid by customer. Items returned to Platinum Jumps C.O.D. for shipping fees will be deducted from any refunds.
If you're receiving a refund, after we have received your item it may take an additional 3-5 business days to fully process your return and issue your refund to the original payment method.
DAMAGES:
If minor damage (paint chipped, broken standard foot) was caused during shipping by freight company, please contact Platinum Jumps. Most damages can be remedied by sending a replacement (paint or small part).
If items are damaged beyond repair or use due to shipping company, please contact us immediately.
RESTOCKING FEES:
We accept returns within 15 days of receipt of items. Please email info@platinumjumps.com for return authorization. All return shipping fees to be paid by customer unless items were made incorrectly by Platinum Jumps. Items returned to Platinum Jumps C.O.D. for shipping, fees will be deducted from any refunds.
- Up to 20% restocking fee may be charged if orders are cancelled within 30 days of purchase date or prior to shipment date.
- Up to 20% restocking fee may be charged even if you return the item in original condition within the return window, unless the items were obviously made incorrectly by Platinum Jumps.
- Up to 40% restocking fee may be charged even if you return the item in original condition past the return window.
- Up to 60% restocking fee may be charged if the items are missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to Platinum Jumps or PlatinumJumps.com
